The purpose of this course is to teach drivers how workday stress affects safe driving. Stressed drivers are often distracted, make poor decisions, and have physical impairments, such as a loss in peripheral vision or muscle coordination.
This course teaches drivers how to manage stress in the interest of safety. By the end of this course, you should be able to describe mental and physical changes caused by stress, and describe tell-tale signs that stress has affected your driving. You will also create your personal blueprint and plan of action, which will be yours to print and keep.

Knowledge testing is conducted throughout the course. Test questions are designed to reinforce the information presented and must be completed by each participant. A mark of 85% must be achieved in order to receive a Certificate of Completion. Each participant is allowed to repeat the course once if the course pass mark has not been successfully achieved on the first attempt.
Online Certificate of completion
Participants who successfully pass the course will be able to print out a certificate of completion through the learning management system.
Certificate validation date
A certificate is valid for 3 years from the course completion date indicated on the certificate.
