Milton Standard First Aid with Basic Life Support (BLS) & AED Training

HCP Basic Life Support Training

Milton’s rapid growth has increased the demand for trained healthcare professionals, first responders, and community-based emergency personnel. In these settings, professionals need certification that reflects real workplace conditions and evolving emergency response expectations. The Milton Standard First Aid with Basic Life Support (formerly HCP) and AED course is designed for those providing patient care or emergency response in both clinical and prehospital settings.

Built for professionals who may be first on scene, this course integrates Standard First Aid, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training in line with current Canadian Red Cross standards. Through hands-on practice, instructor-led scenarios, and team-based response training, participants develop the confidence and technical skills needed to act effectively in real-world emergencies where timely care can make a critical difference.
