What is Online Blended-learning Course?

A blended learning course combines the benefits of combining both online training and in-person / in-class training into one course.  The theory and information are covered by learners through the online training portion. Upon successful completion of the online course, the learner presents their Red Cross Course Certificate when attending their scheduled in-class session.

In order to to get a SFA certificate, the in-class portion portion of the course must be completed within 90 days of successfully completing the online portion of the course.  The in-class training portion will focus on skills development to practice the theory covered in the course. The in-class skills session is led by a Certified Red-Cross instructor with SOS First Aid. SOS First Aid offers first aid courses that service the communities of Mississauga, Brampton, Milton, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Ancaster, Stoney Creek and St. Catherines.
