Knowing how to respond can be vital, and that’s where the Hamilton CPR C and AED training course comes in. This program equips participants with the confidence and hands-on skills needed to act quickly and effectively in cardiac and choking emergencies involving adults, children, and infants.
The Hamilton CPR C and AED course offers comprehensive training in CPR and choking response techniques, including two-rescuer CPR for adults and children. Participants also receive certification in Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use, providing them with practical skills applicable in community settings, workplaces, schools, and at home. Whether you are preparing for workplace requirements, personal readiness, or community responsibility, this course helps you respond with assurance when it matters most.
This program is delivered by SOS First Aid, a Canadian Red Cross Training Partner, through instructors certified in Red Cross First Aid and CPR education. Courses are adaptable for individual participants, teams, and group environments. All training is WSIB-approved and delivered in accordance with occupational health and safety standards set by provincial and federal regulations.
Hamilton CPR C and AED training is offered at convenient locations throughout Hamilton and nearby communities. For larger teams or corporate groups, SOS First Aid offers on-site group training. Participants benefit from an engaging, learner-focused environment that emphasizes effective technique and confidence building.
Successful participants in the Hamilton CPR C and AED course are awarded:
- CPR Level C Certificate
- Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Certificate

What You’ll Learn
- One-Rescuer CPR: Build confidence responding independently during a CPR emergency.

Training & Certification
This program runs for 4–6 hours and includes CPR Level C and AED training led by a certified Red Cross First Aid or CPR Instructor. Scheduling options are available to accommodate different availability needs. Participants earn a 3-year certification once the course is completed.
