The Blended Red Cross Psychological First Aid program helps learners develop an understanding of the short and long-term effects of stress, loss, trauma and grief. The program focuses on self-care and caring for others before, during and after a crisis. Learners will adopt the Look, Listen, Link, Live model during both the online theory components and practical in-class component. The course uses case-based learning and includes the latest evidence from the international community.
