Halton Region has produced a series of short videos to teach people how to do effective CPR, how to use an AED and how to respond appropriately in an emergency. Have a look! It just takes a few minutes and they may help you save a life.

For something I was dreading spending money on and doing, I actually ended up wanting more of and am looking forward to another opportunity to take more classes with SOS! Learning from Ally has been both enjoyable and inspiring. My classmates and I spent our break time discussing the material we learned and also how impressed we were with the content and delivery.
