Customer Testimonials

  • Hi Velma,

I really wanted to write you to thank you for all your patience coordinating everything with me. Secondly, I wanted to write you about Allison. We absolutely loved and appreciated her teaching. I have taken numerous first aid courses in the past and none of them have ever come close to what she delivered today. You have a truly excellent instructor that made the content funny, personal and extremely practical. I thanked her personally after class, but I wanted to make sure that you knew how pleased we were as well. Different individuals in the class kept coming up to me afterwards and telling me that they’ve never been taught first aid with such a phenomenal instructor. In the future, when we need any certification, I will most definitely be bringing you our business!

    Thank you!

    Sharon Johnston

  • “SOS First Aid provided Kronos with First Aid and CPR training to our Joint Health and Safety Committee and a few interested employees. Velma was engaging and made what could have been dry material, interesting and informative. Everyone who took the course scored very well on the final exam and I attribute that to Velma’s instruction and engaging delivery of the material. Velma is friendly and very current in the area of health and safety. I would definitely hire her again in future.”

Jennifer Rea, Canadian Operations Manager, Kronos Inc.
