The BLS course delivered by instructor Prakash was informative, hands-on and professional. He explained the concepts like CPR, AED, and choking interventions with clarity and precision, and the example real-world scenarios demonstrated were really helpful to understand the importance of each step to be followed. The instructor created a comfortable learning environment, encouraged questions and gave constructive feedback during skill assessments. The materials were well organized and the use of mannequins, AED machines, and videos helped reinforce my practical skills. I am very confident to work in a medical setting with the knowledge and practical experience that I have gained from this course.
